Twitter の登録ユーザのうち、アクティブに Tweet（投稿）
しているユーザは10%だそうですが、
ニッパチ(2:8)の法則どころか、10%のユーザが全体の90%の Tweet を占める
というイック(1:9)の法則である。

A study conducted by Harvard Business Review reveals that most Twitter users don’t actually use the service much, or even at all. In fact, 10% of active users are responsible for over 90% of all Tweets.

しかし、いかに個人が発信したとしても、受信する情報量の方が断然多いわけで、
アクティブに発信しているのが10%であったところで、全然構わないわけです。
